I have a CMOS Online subscription. Why can't I link my accounts?

There are a few reasons the linking process can fail:

  • The email address used for your PerfectIt account doesn't match the email address used for you CMOS Online subscription. Click here for more information on this issue.
  • You have an institutional license or an organizational license for CMOS OnlineClick here for more information on this issue.
  • You have less than two months left of your CMOS Online subscription. If this is the case, please renew your CMOS Online subscription and then try linking your accounts again.
