What type of documents does PerfectIt work with?

PerfectIt 5 works with all documents that you can open in Word. It works with both Word 2000/02/03 format (DOC) and Word 2007/10/13/16/19 format (DOCX). It also works with PDF, RTF, ODT, and any other document format that can be opened in Word.

PerfectIt Cloud requires documents to be converted to DOCX before you can open and run PerfectIt.

PerfectIt is most likely to find errors in documents that are:

• Long (documents over 1000 words are particularly prone to consistency errors)
• Compiled from a variety of sources
• Written in English
• Produced by multiple authors.
