PerfectIt is located in the ribbon at the top of the window. Click on the tab called either 'PerfectIt 5' or 'PerfectIt' (depending on which version you have installed):
Click 'Launch PerfectIt' on the left-hand side of the ribbon to launch PerfectIt:
