After I run PerfectIt Version 1, why is my document filled with bookmarks?

If PerfectIt 1 exits unexpectedly, it is possible that it will leave behind some bookmarks where it located possible errors. These are completely harmless. You can remove them by loading PerfectIt and then closing it again.
