Abbreviations Used Only Once¶
PerfectIt suggests there may be a possible issue if an abbreviation is defined, but only used once (i.e. where it is defined).
In most instances, abbreviations are introduced to make a document more legible and concise. However, if the term is not used in the rest of the text, then it is often not necessary to introduce that abbreviation at all (and therefore use only the full term instead).
