Punctuation in Tables

Explanation

PerfectIt reads through rows/columns to examine the end of each entry in a table. It suggests there may be a possible issue if some items in a row/column end with punctuation but others do not.

Suggestion

PerfectIt checks headings within a table and text within a table separately from each other. It will suggest there may be a possible issue if, for example, some of the headings in a table row are punctuated and others are not. It will not suggest there may be an issue if all of the headings are punctuated and the text in the rest of the table is not.

Caution

PerfectIt will only suggest there may be a possible issue if cells are in the same row/column as others. You should check tables carefully to ensure that all issues are found.
